Only a Dad

Only a dad, with a tired face,  
Coming home from the daily race,  
Bringing little of gold or fame,  
To show how well he has played the game,  
But glad in his heart that his own rejoice  
To see him come, and to hear his voice.

Only a dad, with a brood of four,  
One of ten million men or more.  
Silent, strong, and always there,  
Guiding with love and tender care.  
His work is done, and now he rests,  
Leaving behind a legacy that's blessed.

For fathers are heroes in their own right,  
Their love unspoken, yet shining bright.  
On this special day, let's celebrate  
The dads who shape our lives, our fate.  
With gratitude and love, we say:  
Happy Father's Day, today and every day! ????
